We cordially invite all past Exhibitors or prospective new Exhibitors to participate in Conference 2006.
Exhibitors can erect stands in the reception area outside the main conference venues on Sunday, 12 March 2006, during the afternoon and evening. It is proposed that all Exhibitors stay for the duration of the conference to obtain maximum exposure of their products. The cost to participate as an Exhibitor is set at R8,000.00 - which includes the conference fee for two company representatives (lunches & evening functions included), but excludes transport and accommodation.
The stand area will be approximately 2 sq meters and each Exhibitor will be provided with a single table 1 x 2M and 2 chairs. Shortly before Conference, you will be provided with a floor layout plan indicating your final stand allocation.
You are also invited to offer your product (or other items) as a lucky prize/s to be drawn at the Opening Function on Monday, 13 March 2006.
Exhibitors are also given the opportunity to present their product in the Exhibitor Track. The time slots available are 20 or 40 minutes. The Programme is in the process of being finalized and Exhibitor allocations will be made on a first come, first served basis.
In order to guarantee your place as an Exhibitor, it would be appreciated if payment could be made by no later than Wednesday, 01 February 2006.
